The Hilliard CHAT is a grassroots initiative that identifies and examines local health and wellness issues, raises awareness and connects our community with resources.
Vision
Ideas: A stigma-free community, a healthy community, a barrier free community.
To de-stigmatize mental health by educating and raising awareness around social health.
Inviting and engaging new and existing community resources to prevent stress and isolation; and preparing to mobilize in the event of a crisis.
